We are only looking to hire someone with experience of CERAMIC TILES INDUSTRY with a proven track record of international sales and marketing. Must be able to work at our corporate office.
Export Sales & Marketing Managers directly train and supervise a sales team to meet profit and sales target. They also create and recommend marketing and sales plans along with designing long term and short terms strategies. They are responsible for analysing the sales potential, customer need, and market opportunities of service and goods. They assign sales executives and managers to various locations and evaluates their progress. Their main work includes finding new business, sales opportunities and new clients in the international markets. A good International Sales & Marketing Manager should have good sales and marketing skills.
Must have knowledge of Shipping & Logistics Terms, Incoterms, Major International Sea Ports and Airports Administer all sales activities for all export products of organization and ensure achievement of all export sales target and analyze all company objectives and negotiate on prices to achieve same and maintain knowledge on all competitor activities.
Provide training to all staff members and evaluate all sales and service programs and maintain effective relationships with all customers to establish appropriate product requirements. Maintain professional relationships with all customers and distributors and ensure satisfaction of consumers with all company products and services.
Prepare all contracts with suppliers and distributors and evaluate all reports as submitted by sales staff and recommend changes if required and prepare reports for all profitability.

- Maintaining an efficient relationship with all international customers
