PRODUCTION MANAGER

Your Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Oversee the production process and coordinate all activities to ensure sufficient resources are available.
• Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Estimate costs and prepare budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Workflow Organization: Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines, optimizing production efficiency.
• Issue Resolution: Monitor production to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring smooth operations.
• Personnel Supervision: Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel, providing guidance and support.
• Resource Planning: Determine the amount of necessary resources and approve maintenance work, equipment purchases, etc.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the output meets quality standards, maintaining consistency and excellence.
• Collaboration: Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements, fostering teamwork.
• Budget and Timescale Negotiation: Estimate, negotiate, and agree on budgets and timescales with clients and management.
• Global Vendor Communication: Drive the development process by maintaining frequent communication with global vendors during the product lifecycle.
• Resource Ordering: Decide on and order the resources necessary to ensure stock levels remain adequate.
• Timely Order Completion: Ensure customers’ orders are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards and targets.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data, compiling production reports for both the factory manager and customers.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Budgeting and cost estimation expertise.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insightful production reports.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in coordinating with global vendors.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets.
