  • Responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.
  • Tele caller are also responsible for solving questions in regards to the product or service provided by the company. 
  • They should collect desires information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
  • Tele caller should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities.  
  • Tele caller are also required to write down important information provided by customers and follow up with them on a regular basis.
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. 
  • Obtaining customers information and other relevant data.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
  • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis. 
  • Suggesting solution based on customers need and requirement. 
  • Taking and processing product order in a professional manner.   
  • Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
  • Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales. 
  • Communicating verbal acceptance of offers to our sales team for closing.
  • Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others disposition.
  • Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
